Refund & Cancellation
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs purchases made electronically via www.clico.co.
1. Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and terminations apply to products and services offered on www.clico.co by:

By purchasing any product, service, or membership, you agree to this Policy.
2. General principles
- All purchases are considered final unless otherwise stated in this Policy or required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
- Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the product or service purchased.
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method where applicable.
3. Digital products and downloadable content
- Digital products, including but not limited to downloadable assets, AI-generated content, and digital files, are non-refundable once access or download has been provided.
- By completing a purchase, the customer expressly actrainings and agrees that the right of withdrawal is waived upon delivery of digital content.
4. Membership plans
- Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership is activated and access to services is granted.
- Members may cancel their membership at any time to prevent future billing cycles.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds are provided.
5. Agency services
- If an agency service has not yet started, the customer may request cancellation within 14 days from the purchase date.
- If the service has already started, refunds will be issued only for the unused portion of the service, if applicable, at the Company’s discretion.
- Completed services are non-refundable.
6. Premium domain sales
- Premium domain purchases are final and non-refundable once the domain transfer process has started or ownership rights have been assigned.
- Domain availability, pricing, and transfer times depend on third-party registrars and are not guaranteed.
7. Refund process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@clico.co and include relevant order details.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
- Transaction fees, taxes, or third-party charges may be deducted where permitted by law.
8. Chargebacks and disputes
- Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in account suspension.
- The Company reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and provide evidence of service delivery.
9. Exceptions and legal rights
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights under applicable laws in Turkey, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or other jurisdictions where such rights cannot be waived.
10. Policy changes
The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time.
